Hearts That Care is a program started by Abbey Chamberlain Photography in 2007, in partnership with San Diego Hospice and Palliative Care. Each month, SDHPC selects a family from their Children's Program to have complimentary Family Portraits made at Abbey's studio.
In February, as a tribute to Love and Valentine's Day, the studio runs a promotion benefiting Hospice. Every family portrait session fee is donated directly to the Children's Program.
